November version just launched. We are happy to announce that we have added the Monitoring system. From now, users in the advanced premium plan can let SamurAI monitor the market for them and notify them when there is a new trade in their scan.
Main features added in this version:
- Monitoring system: You can watch scans and receive emails for new tickers that appear in them. This is very powerful when creating restrictive scans or when integrating with your watchlist.
- Predefined scans for strangles: We’ve added two predefined scans for strangles to help you start with those strategies.
- Bugs and site improvements: We continued to improve the site and fix bugs.
Monitoring system
The monitoring system is a very powerful system that integrates with all other features in Samurai. You can watch any saved or predefined scan in SamurAI, and it will alert you every time a new ticker appears in the first page results of the scan.
This feature is even more powerful because it works with all other unique features in Samurai, such as: implied volatility analysis, universes, scenarios, Iron condor/diagonals/calendar scanners, etc. Moreover, it alerts you even if you’re not in front of the screen, so you don’t need to watch the markets constantly.

The monitoring system will be available only to users on a higher tier (the advanced premium plan) that will launch later this month.
- All active premium users will receive three monitors for free for the entire duration of their subscription, even in the lower tier.
- Starting December, only users who subscribe to the higher tier will be able to monitor scans.
- During the beta phase, we will allow all users to use the monitoring system. So reach out if you want to try it for free.

We’ve added two predefined scans for strangles. These scans can help you get started in your trading and also use as a template for building your own scans.
