Released a Dedicated Scanner for Ratio Spreads
We continue to work on our custom scanner, and this quarter, we’re introducing a scanner dedicated to ratio spreads. This new scanner allows you to control the ratios between bought and sold options, expanding the possibilities for advanced trading strategies and risk management.
Expanded Quantitative Edge Research with Actionable Insights
We’ve deepened our research into quantitative edges, providing you with more actionable insights to inform your trading decisions. We’ve created a series of 9 edges you can capitalize on using Option Samurai. Each edge has a blog post and a backtest file that you can use and integrate into your trading process. This backtest file also future-proofs this edge and allows you to use it long-term with changing market conditions.
Added More Predefined Scans for Diverse Market Conditions
We’ve created additional predefined scans to help you navigate various market conditions. These new scans assist in finding trades across different scenarios and inspire you to create custom scanners. The predefined scans we’ve added this quarter interact with the quantitative edges we described in the last paragraph and help make the edges more actionable.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
As always, we’re fixing bugs and implementing various improvements throughout the software (this time, improved stock/ETF filter, for example). These ongoing refinements ensure a more reliable experience as you use Option Samurai in your daily trading routine.
